At a time when continuous authentication, integrity assurance and data security are crucial, you have the opportunity to actively operate, maintain and further develop the current infrastructure, IT systems (platforms and applications). We are looking for you as a committed and motivated DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d) in the area of PKI & HSM. Your focus is on the operation and further development of our IT systems with a focus on Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) and other relevant applications. Your tasks
- Operation, maintenance and further development of systems in the area of PKI & HSM. These include HSM, PKI systems, credential management systems (smart cards, hardware tokens) and systems for secret management.
- Implementation and optimization of solutions in close cooperation with the product owners.
- Ensuring the availability, scalability and security of IT systems through monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
- Automation and modernization of central systems and their processes.
- Support in connecting new IT systems to the PKI & HSM infrastructures as well as in analysing errors and fixing problems.
- Co-creating a long-term resilient PKI that can meet today’s and already foreseeable requirements.
- Close cooperation in the DevOps team and the department in an agile methodology (SAFe) to optimally implement the requirements for the IT systems and jointly develop the system landscape.
Your profile
- You have completed higher education in computer science (FH, ETH, Uni) or an equivalent further education.
- You will bring several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge, especially in the areas of PKI & HSM Engineering as well as Key and Certificate Management and/or Secret and Credential Management, ideally in a regulated environment.
- You also have in-depth knowledge of Thales Network HSMs, Microsoft ADCS,.Net development and Powershell.
- You have a deep understanding of PKI and underlying cryptography and practical experience in developing and operating advanced solutions that meet the needs of on-premise, cloud and SaaS systems.
- Your structured way of working, your analytical thinking skills and your strong communication skills set you apart.
- You have very good language skills in German and English.
