For support in the area of corporate development we are looking for 1. October 2026 or an agreement for 6 to 9 months

Exciting challenges await you

• Support in the design and implementation of transformation and project portfolio processes
• Participation in strategic and digital business development projects as well as support in the implementation of defined work packages
• Participation in building digital skills and promoting understanding of digital developments in the hospital environment
• Research and preparation of trends, digital solutions and innovations with a focus on future developments in healthcare
• Preparation of presentations, decision-making and communication documents as well as support during workshops
• Collaboration in agile and classical project environments and support of the project teams in cooperation
• Support for the introduction of new projects
• Organization and preparation of appointments, documentation of meetings, as well as administrative support as required

What sets you apart for the job

• Completed or ongoing studies (uni/FH/HF) – e.g. in economics, health care, management, social sciences or comparable
• Interest in transformation, digitalization and the further development of a regional hospital
• Interest in strategy analyses and their interpretation
• Pronounced digital affinity and pleasure in understanding new technologies and their applications in the hospital environment
• Initial experience or interest in agile and classic project management
• Structured, independent and reliable working methods as well as enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Good communication skills and experience in the target group-oriented preparation of presentations and content
• Curiosity, initiative and the motivation to actively participate in change processes
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders and interfaces
• open, communicative and committed personality with own initiative
• very good knowledge of German in word and writing
