As an important hub function, you coordinate all administrative and organizational tasks. You have the opportunity to actively contribute your knowledge and experience.The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • Coordination of consultation hours for patients with oncological and haemato-oncological diseases, patients before and after stem cell transplantation and with blood clotting disorders • Disposition of the consultation hours of the medical profession and disposition of all therapy places on the platform • Responsible for the administrative and organisational measures for medical consultation hours • Reception of the patient:inside • Written and telephone correspondence (patient orders, disposition mail processing, etc.) • Patient-related back office work Requirements • Training as Medical:r Practical Assistant:in MPA, Dental Assistant:in or Medical Secretary:in with good knowledge of med.
