The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the old-age and health centers Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with about 130 residents as well as the day home, the Spitex, living in old age and consulting with a total of about 240 employees is a non-profit joint-stock company fully owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.
We are looking for you to complement our motivated team.
Your new tasks
- Independent care and treatment in manageable care situations and participation in the assessment
- Supporting case management in complex care and active participation in the care process
- Performance recording and maintenance documentation using SWING and RAI-HC
- Share responsibility for good cooperation in the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Participation in quality improvement
- Training of new employees
- Completed training as a specialist in health EFZ
- Strong in medical-technical tasks and the support of the care process in the Spitex
- Good organisational and delegating skills
- Understanding of interdisciplinary cooperation
- High independence and networked thinking
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German and computer skills
- Category B ticket is advantageous
- 6 weeks until completion of the 20. Age year
