- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Logistics
Main responsibilities
- Operational Responsibility: You ensure smooth picking processes in your night shift temperature range and thus contribute directly to ensuring that our customers receive their orders reliably.
- Leadership & Development: You lead your team professionally in everyday operational life, support the further development of employees and support team management in leadership tasks.
- Compliance with standards: You ensure that quality, safety and hygiene standards (HA 152, Migros-QM) are consistently adhered to and set a good example.
- Communication & Cooperation: You ensure the flow of information and, if necessary, bring topics from the team to the relevant authorities.
- Process optimization: You recognize potential for improvement, bring your ideas and support the further development of our processes and workflows.
Key requirements
- 3+ years: Logistics / Leadership
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Logistics
- Experience in logistics: Several years of professional experience including a degree in logistics or production environment.
- Leadership competence: You will be able to contribute your first experience in the professional management of teams and understand how to motivate and develop employees.
