This is why our multi-professional team works closely together.
It consists of Ärzt:innen,pflegers, a social worker, activation specialists, therapist:innen and pastoral workers. Here they engage

and assistance in the care and care of residents in need of medium to severe care in the context of long-term care (34 places) in cooperation with the station management
Co-responsibility in personnel and professional management as well as advising the more than 30 employees
Co-responsibility in the implementation of the training order on the station Monitoring the economic use of resources
Taking over the tasks of the station management in their absence
Preparation of the roster in the personnel deployment system (PEP)
Professional and individual patient care as a reference person Active interprofessional cooperation
have completed training as a Dipl. Care professional HF/FH
have already gained initial leadership experience
