Tasks
- Taking over a competent contact and information point of the dialysis department with a high level of customer orientation
- Assuming a connecting function between care, logistics, housekeeping, cleaning and medical-therapeutic services
- Execution of the secretarial tasks according to department- and clinic-specific specifications (coordination and organization of patient appointments, receipt of telephone calls, ordering of laundry, food, medicines and consumables, etc.)
- Responsibility for the appearance of the department
- Maintenance and maintenance of various medical devices
- Storage management incl. Controlling maintenance and repair work
Requirements
- You are an MPA or FAGE with professional experience in an acute hospital
