• Support and further development of the central data warehouse for clinical, operational and financial data (from CIS and ERP systems)
• Creation of complex database queries, reporting templates and reports
• Pre-analysis and preparation of data for analysts and controllers
• Ensuring high data quality
• Technical responsibility for the annual mandatory data deliveries to external recipients (Federal Government, Canton, ANQ and SwissDRG)
• Assumption of partial or project management, for example in the context of the implementation of CIS
• Participation in various projects
• Participation in the establishment of a data warehouse and management information system for data-based management of the entire company Profile
• Understanding clinical and financial data and their interrelationships or willingness to acquire appropriate knowledge
• Structured and careful operation, even in complex data structures
• Strong analytical skills
• Computer science training at FH or university level or several years of professional experience in a comparable capacity
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience in dealing with CIS and ERP systems or willingness to acquire appropriate knowledge
• Independent and initiative personality with high personal responsibility
• Strong understanding of services and high service orientation towards internal and external partners
• At least five years of experience in a similar position, ideally in healthcare offering
