At Zurich Switzerland, you play a central role in the Claims for Damage SV/VV business unit in the professional and customer-oriented handling of cyber damage cases.

Damage SV/VV is responsible for handling all damages from property and liability insurance for private and corporate customers, and plays a central role in maintaining our high quality of service.

Within a well-established team, you will work on cyber insurance claims with commitment and responsibility. You analyze damage reports, clarify facts, evaluate liability and coverage issues and calculate damages. You are the central point of contact for our insured, advise them competently, initiate immediate measures and coordinate cooperation with IT specialists, lawyers and other partners. Your careful documentation and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements ensures that all claims are handled seamlessly and transparently.

This is what awaits you

• The self-responsible handling of cyber damage cases in the SME segment in German is one of the main tasks
• Responsibility includes factual investigations, liability and coverage assessments as well as calculations of damages and damages
• Our insured are competently advised, immediate measures are initiated and the partners involved in the event of damage are coordinated.
• In contact with our insured, IT specialists and lawyers, comprehensive and effective claims processing is ensured.
• Knowledge of other national languages as well as sound English skills are advantageous

This sets you apart

• You have legal or insurance training.
• You bring experience in the insurance industry and ideally have experience in the claims settlement of extensive claims cases.
• You are interested in the topics of cyber and IT and see the requirements for cyber insurance as a challenge and opportunity for further development.
• Ideally, you have completed a business and/or other training related to IT.
• You have a quick apprehension, are accurate and attach importance to being able to organize yourself.
