Customer support for practical information system
Il tuo futuro inizia qui Are you pleased to support medical professionals in the use of our practical information system by phone and in writing? In our dedicated Service Desk, you will support medical professionals from all over Switzerland with professional questions and challenges in the use of our practical information system. You are available by phone or e-mail, and with your expertise you contribute to a competent service of our customers. In doing so, you receive both complex information requests and interference messages and perform a first analysis and prioritization. To ensure that there is an accurate problem description, you may reconstruct the situation of the customer. Wherever possible, you can offer the customer directly solutions or involve the 2nd level support or another team of Swisscom Health in more complex cases. You can document all steps in a comprehensible manner in our ticket system and then communicate to the customer the prepared solution. We maintain an open feedback and learning culture that allows us to continuously improve. We always support each other. In our small, dedicated team, each individual contributes to the joint success and we appreciate the valuable contributions of each team member. With commitment, passion and broad expertise, Swisscom Health develops and operates the curaMED practical information system. Together with other solutions for corporate customers in the healthcare industry, the portfolio is completed. The platforms are constantly evolving to be on the market. Customers include outpatient service providers from different disciplines: individual practices, group practices and even outpatients in hospitals.
Your skills and characteristics - Good German and Italian or French in word and writing - Experience in the Service Desk and interested in a longer term engagement - Experience in the medical environment - Complete teaching (EFZ; in the medical environment for example as MPA or doctor's secretary*in, of advantage) - Communicative with pleasant forms of handling - Good IT skills - Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic - Ready to perform, ready to learn and durable
