• Support of our employees in customer support
• Preparation of offers in the non-life industries in the retail business
• Processing of claims
• Handling of the resulting correspondence
• Operation of the insurance partner and its customers on the telephone

Requirements This distinguishes you

• Completed training in the insurance industry with experience in the commercial field
• Good knowledge of the insurance agency channel of advantage
• Stylish German in word and writing
• Sales and customer-oriented
• Self-employed working and flexibility
