Your responsibility
You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that they use our software solutions successfully and efficiently. You maintain long-term customer relationships, recognize needs early on and actively contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. At the same time, you make an important contribution to attracting new customers and ensure smooth onboarding. You think along, recognize potential for improvement and help us to make our processes more efficient.
Your tasks
- You support our existing customers, develop customer relationships further and recognize additional needs and business potential.
- You create offers and contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers, including training and solution presentation.
- You provide customer support and coordinate the resolution of complex support cases. You make sure that customer concerns flow into the continuous improvement of our products.
- You maintain the CRM and create regular reports.
- You take care of the billing.
- You bring ideas to improve our processes and support their implementation.
Qualificates
You bring that with you Training and experience
- You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of experience in customer support, customer success or the real estate industry.
Skills and Competences
- You enjoy customer contact, communicate convincingly and find pragmatic solutions even in challenging situations.
- You have a very good written and oral language in German as well as a good knowledge of English.
- You are interested in digital solutions and have a good technical understanding.
- You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep track of several parallel tasks.
- You take responsibility, think entrepreneurially and want to actively make a difference.
