Their main tasks

• Advice and sale of books and related products by phone, email and chat
• Telephone order acceptance and reservation of the desired products for the entire branch network
• Processing of complaints
• Bibliography and order processing with our merchandise management system
• Support services 1st level for customer inquiries related to eReading and eBooks

Your profile

• Experience in book or detail trading or in a customer service center
• High customer orientation and resilience
• Self-employment and an exact and exact working method
• Good computer and system knowledge (SAP beneficial), effortless handling of new media
• Stylistic German in Word and Writing
