We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented consultant to be included in our team.
The role focuses mainly on the off-bound telephone advice aimed at our existing customers and potential customers, offering professional and personalized support in Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English (minimum level C1 in all four languages).
Candidates without the required language prerequisites will not be taken into consideration.

- Reactivation and recovery of existing customers
- Loyalization activities and customer retentions
- Promotion of the use of our products and services
- Management of welcome calls both inbound and offbound Cross-selling and upselling activities
- Support for marketing campaign projects aimed at:
- defining targeted and personalized communications for specific customer segments;
- evaluating the interest of customers towards new products or services;
- planning strategies and identifying the most appropriate approaches to different customers. What we offer
