Main responsibilities
- Telephone customer acquisition and support of the Migrol Company Card for small customers
- Support for Migrol Private Card customers (support is mainly provided by the external card center)
- Creation of offers and their tracking until successful conclusion of contracts within the own customer portfolio
Key requirements
- Mind. 3 years of professional experience: In a similar function Eidg.
- Professional ID: Professional training (sales, customer service, etc. with diploma at the level of professional ID or HF)
