For the newly created position in the "Customer" Directorate, we are looking for a person who transforms data into insights and insights into recommendations. As a Customer Intelligence Manager, you bring the customer perspective into the company, identify potentials and create the basis for data-based decisions with a direct influence on business success.

Mansioni

• Collect, analyze and interpret available customer, market and business data
• Derivation of sound recommendations for the Supermarket and Catering business units in cooperation and coordination with the business
• Creation and further development of Dashboards, Reports and KPI systems
• Establishment and establishment of relevant customer-intelli-ation processes and instruments
• Preparation and presentation of analyses for the management and departments

Requisiti

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience: in the required area
• Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Business administration, business information technology, data analytics, market research or similar subject area
• A high degree of self-initiative and independent, forward-looking working methods
• Expressed data and numerical affinity as well as analytical, networked thinking ability
• Well-founded experience in dealing with business intelli-sion, reporting or CRM systems
• Ability to prepare complex issues in a comprehensible and target group- High customer orientation

and interest in customer behaviour and market mechanisms - A well-kept approach to different stakeholders at all hierarchy levels as well as strong communication and presentation skills - English (negotiable)
