With our Customer Value Center in Winterthur near the railway station, we are the first point of contact for tenants, potential customers and suppliers, whom we continuously inspire in customer dialogue via various channels. To complement our dynamic and motivated team, we are looking for an expert personality as Customer Consultant Management (m/f/d) Winterthur, 60-100% This is what moves you:
- You are the first point of contact to represent the company Wincasa to the outside and accept different customer concerns about living (by phone or e-mail) and process them
- In doing so, you efficiently record customer interactions in our database
- Within the framework of the defined competencies, you solve the concerns in the first contact
- Concerns that are not in your area of competence, you forward in a structured manner to our branches throughout Switzerland
- You take over the hub function between craftsmen, managers and tenants Therefore you succeed:
- You are solution- and customer-oriented and describe yourself as an efficient and resilient person who enjoys telephone and written contact with customers
- You have already had first experiences in the contact center environment or are looking for entry into the office world and are used to interacting with customers
- MS Office skills and a basic IT affinity
