• Proactive support and advice of customers in the area of general cargo Import/Export and Crosstrades
• Monitoring of shipments as well as processing of delivery obstacles and unloading differences
• Security of customer communication
• Participation in customer QBRs and review meetings
• Close cooperation with operational departments, international partners and sales
First professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics
• Look of experience in communication and in dealing with customers and partners
Good handling of MS Office and openness to new systemsGood language
