- Competent and service-oriented handling of customer inquiries via telephone, as well as support in written customer communication (e.g., contact form, chat, WhatsApp) in German and French
- Recording, independently responding to, and finding solutions for customer concerns with specialized departments on various topics related to the Migros world
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): completed vocational training, commercial school, or high school diploma
- Work experience: in a call center or another service-oriented field
Main responsibilities
- Competent and service-oriented handling of customer inquiries via telephone, as well as support in written customer communication (e.g., contact form, chat, WhatsApp) in German and French
- Recording, independently responding to, and finding solutions for customer concerns with specialized departments on various topics related to the Migros world
- Close collaboration with the marketing department on product-specific topics Requirements
- Work experience: in a call center or another service-oriented field
- German (fluent) French (fluent): additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work on Saturdays (1–2 times per month)
- Excellent oral communication skills in German and French
- Independent and flexible working style with a passion for efficient work and competent solution finding
