Main responsibilities
- Support, course sales and advice at the counter for course participants as well as customers of different cultures and age groups
- Class planning and management: ensuring the interface to teachers, quality coaches and product management
- Administrative tasks, such as ordering teaching materials and carrying out the cash balance
- Development and implementation of sales promotion measures, such as creating flyers or in-house advertising Requirements
- Professional experience: in a comparable function, ideally in Educational area
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the commercial sector or in retail
- German (business fluent) English (good knowledge): further foreign language skills are an advantage
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of service orientation
- Well-positioned, communicative and friendly personality with assertiveness
- Willingness to work irregularly (evening and Saturday shifts)
