As a housekeeper: in a small team you take care of several buildings of our customers and their users. You are an important local contact and actively ensure that buildings, facilities and infrastructure function reliably and smoothly. Your responsibilities include the following activities:

• Execution of minor repair, maintenance and repair work
• Small gardening, environmental care and ensuring proper disposal and land management
• Support for moving, furniture displacement, seating and projects
• Conduct of technical tours and detection, correction or coordination of faults and defects
• Support and coordination of external service providers and craftsmen
• Contact person for customers and users on site
• Deputy team members

You also have the following requirements

• Basic craftsman training, specialist:woman business maintenance is advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in facility management are beneficial
• Solid basic knowledge of the various areas of home engineering
• Good computer user knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German
• Driving licence Cat B (mandatory)
• High customer and solution orientation
• Reliability, resilience and flexibility
• Communicative personality and well-groomed appearance
