In this versatile function, you take on the following activities:

• Maintenance work for HVACs
• Repairs of HVAC systems
• You are the first contact person for our customers in the maintenance and support of the house technical systems
• Coordination of different services
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analysis and correction of faults, ensuring plant availability
• Support for general tasks in building maintenance
• Picetting service missions

• Basic technical training for HVACs
• Professional experience with HVAC systems and in maintenance
• Good computer user knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Experience with ticketing system is an advantage
• Joy of exchange with different customers/suppliers
• Self-employed working methods and organisation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Participation in the Picetting Service
• In possession of a valid driving licence Cat. B
