YOUR TASKS
- Further development and implementation of guidelines in the field of memory care (dementia) and support.
- Introduction and support of new employees with a focus on the role of case management.
- Coaching, training and case discussions for the professional development of employees.
- Consulting in complex customer situations as well as punctual assignment of assignments.
- Promoting resource and goal-oriented care.
- Close cooperation with employees, specialist positions, doctors and in the coach trio with team and HR coaches.
- Active participation in the further development of care and organization.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an equivalent academic qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the ambulatory or inpatient sector.
