Tasks
- Accompany and look after patients: insiders with diverse, complex clinical pictures of internal medicine - together in an interdisciplinary team
- In tandem with a health professional, you stand for independent, patient-oriented and professional care.
- The elaboration, implementation and evaluation of the individual care process as well as a forward-looking work planning will give you pleasure
- In close cooperation with vocational training, you accompany our learners/students on their training path
Requirements
- You bring a completed training as a nurse / nurse specialist HF/FH and are an independent, reflective and enduring person.
- You have already gained experience in the acute area of a hospital.
- In complex, quickly changing situations, you remain sovereign and take responsibility and attach importance to a high level of patient orientation.
- You want to be part of our multicultural team and an appreciative and respectful cooperation is important to you.
