We are looking for an experienced and open-minded reinforcement as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
Tasks
She is interested in working with and living with children. The further development of our day school and the support team will give you pleasure. You are happy to be part of a team and lead it pedagogically, organizationally and deputy for the management of support in a cooperative cooperation. You are in close contact with your own team and management support. Interdisciplinary working and exchange groups see you as an enrichment and regularly participate in them and contribute with your socio-pedagogical expertise in a targeted and proactive manner and find pragmatic, pedagogically sustainable solutions within the scope of possible. You share our basic attitudes within the framework of the “New Authority” and actively carry your presence into everyday life with the team and the children.
Profile
You are a committed, established specialist and have a completed study of social work, a comparable educational study or a teaching diploma. Working in a team and leading a team cooperatively and at eye level gives you pleasure. Collaboration with different professional groups in the school team will enrich you. Experience or interest in the BBV function would also be welcome. They are basically used to multi-layered

Our school is a lively learning and living space. The day school Weinberg-Turner is located in Zurich Unterstrass and comprises 12 classes, 4 kindergartens and 4 support locations from August 2025. The approximately 370 children entrusted to us are the focus, we are guided by their competences. Treating each other with respect and appreciation is one of our strengths. From a good school atmosphere, we can promote the children according to their abilities.
