Your responsibility
Cuisine: You prepare varied food for our patients and our employees fresh and carefully according to our recipes and individual nutritional needs. Variety: You bring in ideas, support the further development of our food offer, work in the preparation of dietary food forms and work flexibly at all points - from preparation to the cold and warm kitchen to dishes. Quality & Hygiene: You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times. Klinik Susenberg is a specialist clinic for acute geriatrics, geriatric and specialized internistic oncological rehabilitation and palliative care at Zurichberg. In order for our patients to be the focus, an organization that works is needed in the background.
This is what you bring with you
Foundation: Completed training as a chef/chef EFZ and 3 - 5 years of professional experience (ideally in the health care sector). Experience in the diet kitchen is beneficial. Host mentality: friendly, respectful and empathetic treatment of our patients is a matter of course for you. Skills: Self-employed, reliable and structured working method, even in hectic times you keep the overview and good knowledge of German.
