Tasks

• Preparation of dishes according to our recipes
• Ensure a consistently high quality of food
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen
• Team-oriented cooperation with the kitchen team
• Co-responsibility for orders, goods acceptance and storage management
• Conduct of cleaning work according to HA 152 guidelines

Requirements

• Perennial professional experience as chef/cook, preferably in Asian cuisine
• A quality of system catering and joy in structured processes
• Self-employed personality with passion for the cooking profession and pleasure of guest contact
• readiness to shift, weekend and holiday services
• German knowledge at B1 level in word and writing, other languages are a plus
