Your responsibility
Diet culinary: You prepare varied food for our patients and implement individual nutritional needs as well as prescribed diet and special food forms professionally. Variety: You bring your expertise and creative ideas to the further development of our food offer and work flexibly on all kitchen posts. Quality & Hygiene: You ensure compliance with nutrition, hygiene and quality standards and work together with the kitchen team to ensure smooth processes. Klinik Susenberg is a specialist clinic for acute geriatrics, geriatric and specialized internistic oncological rehabilitation and palliative care at Zurichberg. In order for our patients to be the focus, an organization that works is needed in the background.
This is what you bring with you
Foundation: Completed training as a cook/chef EFZ with additional training as a diet cook/diet cook, ideally with professional experience in the health care sector. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of dietetics, enjoyment of healthy and creative cuisine as well as a high level of quality and responsibility. Skills: Independent and reliable working methods, team spirit, flexibility and the ability to work in a structured manner even in demanding situations, good knowledge of German.
