Two Spice – that's us! A creative and innovative food and lifestyle company from Zurich. Since 1990 we have been bringing fresh ideas to the table and developing unique concepts and brands that inspire. Our versatile businesses are at home at the central hotspots of different cities and stand for quality, design and pure moments of enjoyment.ZENBU is our Sushi-Brand for retail trade and has been enthusiastic about daily Soshi, Sashimi, soups and warm dishes since 2018.

In selected coop filiales, ZENBU brings a modern, diverse product range for all S-S-S-Liebers directly into everyday life.

Tasks

• Production of Sushi, Sashimi and soups in front of the guest in our Sushi Islands in the Coop supermarket
• Guest-oriented working methods including information about the general offer, including
• allergy labelling and Daily Specials
• Team-oriented cooperation with the Zenbu team
• Co-responsibility for orders, acceptance of goods, opening, and storage management
• Ensure a consistently high quality of food
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen

Requirements

• Interest in food preparation
• Cross-country beginners:welcome
• Flexible readiness to work and the company's commitment to shift and weekend services (on Sundays, free, except Sunday sales)
• German language skills at B1 level in word and writing, other languages are a plus
• A sustainability for system catering and joy in structured processes
• Self-employed personality with passion for cooking and a pleasure for guest contact
