In the customer restaurant "Münzhof" at UBS headquarters in Zurich, a high-quality catering service is offered for UBS customers and employees. In addition to the management of the 12 VIP lunch rooms, services are also provided for the management floor. In a modern environment, guests are offered fresh and regional gourmet cuisine with a high-quality, discreet service. In addition, various events with up to 200 people are held in the UBS forum. True to the ZFV philosophy, freshly cooked locally with regional, organically produced and fair trade food. Are you our new team member who supports us as cook / chef: (chef: de Partie) as of 1 September 2026 or by appointment? You usually work from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00. For occasions or catering, working hours may vary. Your area of activity:
- Creation of the Mise en Place on the assigned post
- Production of food at the assigned post (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier, etc.)
- Employees at caterings, aperos and special events
- Acceptance of goods and management of the warehouse
- Introducing ideas for menu design
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in assigned posts
- Completion of general clean-up and cleaning work
- Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards as well as compliance with hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
- Independent management of a post Your strengths:
- Basic training as a cook: EFZ
- Experience in the à la Cârte and if possible in the fine dining
