Full description

For the first time, major fiat currencies and digital assets—including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana—are seamlessly integrated into a single bank account, enabling a truly holistic banking experience. Our Credit & Lending team is at the forefront of innovation in digital asset finance. Over the past two years, the team has grown 3x annually and successfully executed the first-ever bank-led syndicated loan backed by Bitcoin collateral in August 2024. We are now looking for a Credit & Lending Intern with a strong interest in digital assets to join our growing team in Zurich and contribute to the next chapter of our journey. Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Credit & Lending team, including loan administration, documentation handling, and client interaction.
  • Assist in the structuring, financial analysis, and execution of complex structured loan transactions.
  • Support the preparation of credit proposals, internal reports, and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to the syndication process of structured loans by managing data rooms, coordinating investor communications, and supporting transaction execution.
  • Conduct market research on crypto-related lending products (e.g., crypto-backed, uncollateralized, ASIC-backed loans) and perform benchmarking to inform product development and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Risk, and Client Services to ensure smooth execution of lending activities.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; (incoming) MBA students are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated interest in credit markets, structured finance, and digital assets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience in financial modelling is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting. If this reads like your profile, please send us an application with a 1-page CV.
