• Life cycle management of products, services and prices in the investment business with focus on asset management mandates and funds as well as responsible for relevant regulatory issues
• You ensure the operational processes for the relevant products, analyze regulatory requirements and design the appropriate measures for implementation in the investment business
• Perceiving the first line of defense for the relevant products (e.g. professional responsibility for the contract, instructions, processes and forms in the investment business)
• You are the contact person in the area of regulatory requirements in the investment business such as FIDLEG, KAG and collective investments (CH funds)
• Coordinating the interface to asset management, legal, compliance and OpRisk as well as other stakeholders such as operations, IT and marketing
• Working in an agile value stream focused on the investment business

Requirements

• at least 5 years: in product management, investment/fund business of a financial institution or consultancy (with focus on investment topics)
• Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences): Banking & Finance, VWL, business administration or similar field of study
• You have in-depth expertise on regulatory requirements in the investment business (FIDLEG, KAG, AMAS guidelines) as well as on topics such as retrocessions
• You have experience with asset management mandates and collective investments (CH funds)
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• You are a flexible, agile and uncomplicated personality with a lot of initiative as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Experience with regulatory requirements, developments and trends on ESG topics in the investment business

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of applications: We check applications received on an ongoing basis, create a pre-selection and release them to the manager for viewing. • Personality/performance test: Under certain conditions, we use a personality test (BIP, Scales test, etc.) as an additional step to support selection. The results of the test may be discussed personally and form the basis for further selection. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Talks with HR & department: The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and/or the specialist department. It is primarily about learning more about the personnel and specialist skills and gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit into the company and team. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Discussion with case presentation: Specific expertise is examined on the basis of a case or other assessment instruments. After processing, the result of the leader is presented and then discussed together. Usually, the team is also represented at the presentation. As a rule, the conversations are conducted by the superior, without a representative from the HR. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
