- Operations Management & Counter-Optimization: Manage the day-to-day business from cash accounting to inventory management, always in compliance with our retail standards. Be responsible for improving performance as well as for our sales and customer experience goals incl. KPI management and sales promotion. Recognize opportunities, develop concepts to increase sales and ensure that our customers are satisfied and the team remains motivated.
- Creating unforgettable shopping experiences: Build lasting relationships with customers by remembering faces and favorites and feeling what first-time visitors will love. Through your well-kept and professional appearance, be a real brand ambassador where every detail counts. Actively address department store customers, familiarize them with rituals and turn curious people with confidence into loyal customers.
- Experience & background: You have at least 3 years of leadership experience as well as at least 3 years of experience in the retail, hospitality or cosmetics industry.
- Flexibility & Availability: You bring flexibility – also for late shifts and weekends – and have a valid work permit or Residence permit (C, B, L or G permit) or Swiss citizenship.
- Personal strength: You combine human knowledge with entrepreneurial thinking.
