Role overview
To strengthen the Swiss & International Affairs department of Corporate Security, we are looking for a committed, structured and internationally oriented personality with a strong organizational talent.
Specifically, you take on the following tasks
- Responsibility for the entire administration of the department
- Support and advice in organizational and project-related topics, including in the fields of object, travel, expat and foreign security, know-how protection, emergency and crisis management, etc.
- Ensuring a uniform and professional documentation and template structure
- Support of the department management in the planning of appointments, coordination, preparation, maintenance and follow-up of meetings and projects WHAT YOU SHOULD BUILD
- Completed university or university of applied sciences studies or equivalent professional experience in administration or projects
- Experience in administrative processes, ideally in an international environment, as well as an affinity for process design
- Interest and Affinity for Corporate Security
- Objective- and solution-oriented and independent working method
- Very good knowledge of common software
- Negotiation-proof German and English skills (in word and writing), other languages are a plus WHAT WE ARE TO YOU
