60% - 80% (job sharing possible) | Direct bank | Zurich | Experienced professionals With great passion, you are responsible for the needs-based support of more than 70,000 corporate customers and their exponents in all basic services along their corporate and life events. One focus of your activity is the structured recognition and mediation of potentials. In addition, our team acts bank-wide as a competence center for our club customers. If you enjoy looking after corporate customers, are interested in their needs and want to actively shape the future of our area, you are a good fit for us. Your tasks

• Caring for entrepreneurs and SMEs along their needs in all basic services
• Processing inquiries of the exponents of SMEs in direct contact – telephone and digital
• Identification of potential as well as exhaustion or targeted forwarding to the corresponding consulting team
• Ensuring a quality of service that convinces our customers
• Answering internal bank inquiries with a focus on the Competence Center Clubs and other areas of expertise
• Working to continuously improve our processes to increase customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Banking or equivalent education or several years of professional experience in finance
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in finance, ideally with corporate clients
• Good knowledge of basic services business as well as interest in supporting associations and other special topics
• Enthusiasm for telephone and digital customer contact
• High customer orientation and a communicative way distinguish you
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English is an advantage
