Shaped with us clinical research that shows effect. At the Clinic of Rheumatology at USZ, you work at the interface between research and data. You play a central role in the coordination of clinical trials and contribute to gaining new insights into inflammatory rheumatic diseases. Your work forms the basis for national and international research projects – from data collection to linking with biobank samples. >The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • Maintenance, digitalization and quality assurance of study documentation (HFV 2 and 3). • Ensuring data integrity, data protection and GCP compliance • Management of pseudonymization and maintenance of patient and training logs • Linking clinical data with biobank samples incl. Support for sample handling (e.g. selection, preparation, dispatch) • Pre-screening of patients: inside on medical documents • Close cooperation with research teams and in the Quality Management System (QMS) • Coordination and support of data input in registers Requirements • Basic medical training (care professional or comparable) desired • Experience in clinical trials as a Study Nurse/Clinical Research Coordinator • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Switzerland (HFG, HMG) and ICH-GCP is an advantage • Experience in dealing with data and biobanks • Ability to coordinate complex processes and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Structured, independent and reliable working method • Very good knowledge of German and English • Team players, empathy and enthusiasm We offer: • A meaningful role at the forefront of clinical research – your work directly contributes to gaining new insights for patients with rheumatic diseases • A dedicated, motivated team that supports each other, shares knowledge and wants to make a difference together • A lot of room for manoeuvre and real responsibility – You actively coordinate study processes and contribute your ideas • Varied tasks between data management, clinical research and biobanking – no day is like the otherJob details
