Their tasks

Project management (architecture)

• Development of architectural projects and provision of all architectural services for new construction projects
• Personnel responsibility for 2-3 employees
• Construction projects (layout development, building permits, execution and construction plans, project monitoring, management and coordination)
• Inventory architecture (inventory plans, architectural plans/data)
• Project responsibility (new openings/reopenings, financial controlling / budget responsibility, project financial controlling, responsibility for additional costs)
• Reporting (reporting to CEO/Chairman, reporting to project teams)

Overall operational responsibility

• Overall responsibility for the operational operation of all sites (Switzerland, Germany, Romania)
• Ensuring efficient, economical and high-quality business operations
• Continuous optimization of business processes and organizational structures
• Definition, implementation and monitoring of company standards and operational policies
• Analysis and monitoring of relevant business indicators
• Identification and implementation of cost saving and efficiency improvement measures
• Contract management
• Logistics

Technical responsibility for real estate

• Responsibility and leadership of the technician team Greater Zurich Area
• Control of maintenance/maintenance
• Control of maintenance
• Control of renewal of technical installations
• Control and coordination of damage cases
• Contact person for all technical matters in all properties

Cleaning

• Responsibility and leadership of the Cleaning Team Greater Zurich Area

Customer service

• Responsibility and central contact person for all technical matters, maintenance & damage cases at the external locations (Switzerland, Germany, Romania)

Your profile

training in at least one of these subject areas:

• Completed university degree (bachelor or master) in business administration, business engineering, business management,
• Management or a comparable area of expertise.
• Architecture experience in commercial projects
• Basic technical training (construction, industry, mechanics, etc.)
• Business degree (HF, FH, MBA, EMBA, Ing.)
• Degree in Project Management

Knowledge and experience

• Management experience in the business environment
• Project experience with focus on real estate and construction
• Theoretical or practical building experience
• Sound theoretical and practical project management experience
• Practical experience in project management of medium-sized to large projects of min.10-15 million CHF (construction/real estate projects)
• Understanding of real estate management in the hospitality sector, building operations and facility management as well as their economic management.

Languages

• English fluent
• German fluent
• French advantage

• CAD Software (ArchiCAD, BIM, AutoCAD)
