For our Modernization department in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as a dedicated project manager (m/f/d). In this function, you work on projects in the Zurich region in the field of conversion.

You move that

• Achieving the economic project goals of renovation projects in the Zurich region in compliance with the specified quality, dates and costs, from tendering to commissioning
• Self-responsible, operational execution taking into account the safety, timing, qualitative and quantitative requirements
• Cooperation with local subcontractors, suppliers, planners and authorities
• Perceiving the role of contact person for builders, business partners and tenants
• Request and promotion of the construction managers in your team
• Maintaining an open and respectful communication culture and clean documentation
• Reporting tasks to the team leader:in

This is why you succeed

• Completed training as project manager:in, technician:in TS, architect:in or civil engineer:in
• 2 - 5 years of experience as project manager of conversion projects
• Independent management of construction sites with high complexity
• Technical guidance of up to five construction managers
• Entrepreneurial and purposeful thinking
• Enforcement and high social skills
