Main responsibilities
- In your role, you will actively shape the future of Zurich's hospital landscape.
- As part of performance mandate controlling, you monitor compliance with the performance mandates of cantonal hospital planning in the areas of acute somatics, psychiatry and rehabilitation. They develop them
- Requirements and criteria of hospital planning in general as well as the individual hospital planning service groups (SPLG) and model these in the SPLG grouper developed for this purpose.
- You will also work on coordinated hospital planning projects and lead your own projects in your subject area.
- You will also represent the office in cantonal and national working groups and will be in regular contact with various specialist experts.
- Requirements You have completed further training as a medical controller and have several years of professional experience in this area and in a hospital.
- Ideally, you also have a university degree in human medicine.
- You are very familiar with the Swiss healthcare system and also have in-depth knowledge of the CHOP and ICD coding catalogs.
- You are focused on analyzing, abstracting and converting complex issues into digital solutions.
- You quickly discover new subject areas, enjoy working in an interdisciplinary manner and impress with your structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working.
