Technical Controller

Your contribution to our team

• You take on technical controlling and project controlling for our construction projects
• You prepare and maintain work cost calculations and support the project teams with financial matters
• You carry out target-versus-actual comparisons and analyze cost trends and project metrics
• You prepare monthly reports, analyses and decision-making documents for project management
• You prepare variance analyses and subsequent cost calculations and identify potential for optimization
• You support the awarding of contracts to subcontractors and suppliers as well as budget planning
• You analyze and verify calculation metrics and contribute to the financial management of projects
• You contribute to the further development and optimization of existing processes

What matters to us

• You have completed a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in technical controlling, project controlling or a comparable function in the construction industry
• You have very good user skills in RIB iTWO as well as practical experience with work cost calculations and project management (mandatory)
• You are proficient in using calculation and billing programs and have a strong commercial understanding
• You think analytically and work in a structured, independent and responsible manner
• You are characterized by a high level of commitment, team spirit and reliability
• You impress with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• You are willing to travel within Switzerland
