Responsibilities

• Detailed planning, control and coordination of production processes based on the production plan in the area of assembly and final assembly (e.g. shop floor management)
• Control of material requirements and ensure on-time provision of components
• Coordination and coordination of production and capacity planning and development of proposals for process optimization
• Analysis of key figures and derivation of suitable measures (e.g. extended workbench in case of overutilization of production)
• Interface and first point of contact for the department management and production planning

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical vocational training
• Completed further training as a process specialist / technician HF (m/f/d)
• Experience in the field of production planning and material scheduling
• Experience in dealing with MS Office, SAP (MM and PP modules are an advantage) and planning software such as WayRTS
• Affinity for numbers and complex technical contexts in the field of production and manufacturing
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• High degree of independent and proactive way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
