For one of the most important and innovative Swiss real estate asset managers with a managed portfolio of over CHF 1.8 billion, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the financial team in Zurich. The company combines classic asset management with modern software and focuses on the realization of profitable, sustainable and fair housing in the next growth step. This is your job

• Finance & Financial Statements: Self-responsible management of financial accounting for listed real estate companies as well as punctual support of non-listed properties including participation in quarterly and annual accounts according to OR, IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER.
• Treasury & interfaces: processing of payments, consolidation of separately managed real estate accounts as well as liquidity planning, cash flow management and the coordination of external administrations and internal specialist departments (construction, transactions, etc.).
• Reporting & Compliance: Preparation of reporting for investors, analysts and supervisory authorities in compliance with stock exchange supervisory regulations as well as participation in internal and external audits.
• Projects: Support for tax issues, the further development of the ICS as well as support for digitization and process automation projects in the financial sector.

This is what you bring with you

• Training: Completed basic commercial training, mandatory supplemented by further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with Federal Law. professional card or a comparable higher qualification.
• Experience: At least 3–5 years of professional experience as a financial accountant: in, ideally acquired in the regulatory environment of listed real estate portfolios.
• Expertise & IT: In-depth knowledge in accounting according to IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER as well as familiarity with financial software (experience with systems such as GARAIO/REM, Mammut or SAP FI/CO is an advantage).
• Personality: High initiative, a very careful, structured way of working, analytical thinking skills and excellent communication skills in German.
