• Acquisition of new customers through active networking in the Kloten/Zurich catchment area
• Advising private and business customers who have been acquired via our telemarketing and overarching activities
• Expansion of the customer base and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Conservation activities on behalf of the superior
• Supports the supervisor in the procurement, preparation and analysis of the information of the market, competition and industry development
• Active participation in sales activities and events
