Here, interdisciplinary teams from business administration, law, computer science and natural sciences work side by side. For the further strategic expansion of public sector practice, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality as a Senior Consultant Public Sector & Digital Government who takes responsibility, manages complex mandates and actively shapes the success of the company. 02 Your task In this key position, you will steer ambitious transformation initiatives for cantons, cities, municipalities and federal companies and shape the digital Switzerland of tomorrow: Strategy & Organizational Consulting: You advise decision-makers at departmental and administrative level on the definition of digital roadmaps, e-government strategies and the realignment of organizational and governance structures. End-to-end project & program management: You take over the overall or partial project management of complex digitalization projects from initialization and feasibility study to business analysis and successful implementation (e.g. according to HERMES or agile frameworks). – Public Procurement (IVöB/BöB): They design and accompany structured tender procedures for public sector IT and service projects in a legally secure and practical manner. Process & Change Architecture: You analyze core processes of public administration, leverage digitalization potential and accompany organizations through the transformation with effective change management. Practice Development & Mentoring: You are actively involved in the further development of the consulting offer, participate in the acquisition of new mandates and accompany younger consultants as specialist coach in their development. 03

04 Your profile – In-depth training: Master’s degree (uni/ETH/FH) in economics, public management, law, (business) informatics or a comparable discipline. Consultancy experience: At least 3 to 5 years of proven track record in external management or IT consulting with a clear focus on customers of the Swiss public sector.

Industry & Methodological Competence

– Deep familiarity with the decision-making structures, political processes and peculiarities of Swiss federalism. Sound knowledge of public procurement (IVöB/BöB). Method security in project management (e.g. HERMES, SAFe, IPMA/PRINCE2) as well as in process modeling and business analysis.
