Application process
- conducting counselling discussions with prospective students, Bachelor and Master students (German and English) in special study situations such as studying and disability, studying with children, studying and top sports, critical study situations (e.g. in the application process for exceptions such as compensation for disadvantages or extension of deadlines); in crisis situations due to lack of extension of time limits
- Conducting coaching and counselling discussions with Master students (German and English) on study-relevant and personal topics (e.g. intercultural challenges, study/learning planning, self-management, stress management, dealing with examination failure)
- Collaboration at onboarding events and workshops on interdisciplinary competences and intercultural topics
- Administrative tasks such as: correspondence, case management, reporting and process documentation Profile
- University degree (master's degree), beneficial in the field of clinical psychology
- Further training in the field of consulting or coaching (CAS) with a focus on solution-oriented or systemic short-term coaching
- Several years of professional experience in coaching/consultation/conversation
- Experience in moderating workshops and presenting on events
