• You will advise our customers by telephone and personally and find suitable insurance solutions together
• You take requests and accompany them step by step until the conclusion
• You are actively involved in sales and achieve common goals with your team
• You recognize customer needs and use opportunities in the market
• You create offers and take over the correspondence in private customer business
• You help to inspire and win back customers in the long term

This sets you apart

• A commercial education or experience in customer contact or Sales
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not a must
• German very good and French desirable
• An open, reliable personality with pleasure in customer contact
• Interest in sales and advice
• Motivation to develop yourself (e.g. VBV certification – we support you)
