- Reception of our customers in the customer hall
- Determination of needs taking into account individual wishes and goals as well as recognition of potential
- Advising private customers in the areas of numbers, savings, investing and provision
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Scheduling appointments and conducting holistic consultations
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognizing and communicating further customer needs
- Settlement of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metals transactions as well as management of bankcomats, recyclers and safe facilities
- Completed commercial banking (EFZ) or equivalent banking subject training as offered by CYP or other recognised institutions
- Several years of experience in consulting and selling financial and basic products
- Enjoyment of active customer advice and affinity for digital channels
- High flexibility and teamwork
- Your communicative, trustworthy nature as well as your secure appearance will benefit you in customer contact
- You score with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
- Readiness for shift work (each alternating from around 08.00 – 17.00, 08.30 – 17.30 or 09.30 – 18.30)
