Your responsibilities
- Recruitment and placement of skilled personnel in the construction industry
- Responsibility for and support of temporary employees
- Acquisition of new clients
- Maintaining the existing customer base
- Client visits
- Organization of interviews between clients and candidates
- Salary and tariff agreements with candidates and clients
- Achieving the budget

Your profile
- Basic training in sales, commercial administration or a technical field
- Sales flair with a strong desire to perform and succeed
- Organizational talent and good administrative skills
- Use of IT applications / industry software
- Very good spoken and written German skills
- Knowledge of foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ideal age: 20 – 30 years
