Your responsibilities
- Recruitment and placement of skilled personnel in the construction industry
- Responsibility for and support of temporary employees
- Acquisition of new customers
- Management of the existing customer base
- Customer visits
- Organization of interviews between clients and candidates
- Salary and rate agreements with candidates and clients
- Onboarding new team members
- Support for the team leader
- Responsibility for your own budget

Your profile
- Professional experience in staffing services
- Strong sales flair with a high drive to perform and succeed
- Organizational talent and good administrative skills
- Sound knowledge of IT applications / industry-specific software
- Very good spoken and written German skills
- Foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish or Portuguese are an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ideal age: 22 35 years
