Canton of Zurich Economic Directorate Office for Employment Personnel Consultant/in RAV 80 - 100% In the Canton of Zurich, the Office of Labour runs 14 Regional Employment Centres (RAV). In our RAV we offer a comprehensive range of services for job seekers and employers from all industries and occupational groups. We also support companies in finding the right employees. Here, at the pulse of the job market, your commitment and your professional skills are in demand. In various RAVs of the Canton of Zurich, we are looking for competent and advisory support immediately or by agreement. These are their tasks
- Efficient and targeted reintegration of job seekers into the labour market, including systematic measurement of success
- Implementation of site determinations, development of integration strategies and tracking of goal achievement
- Conducting consultations with people with different professional and social backgrounds, including dealing with challenging situations
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (AVIG) and performing the control function
- Establishment and maintenance of a robust network to RAV partner institutions (job registration centre, unemployment funds, career counselling, social assistance, etc.)
- Active cooperation with employers in the Zurich area to promote sustainable placements
- Precise administrative case management (about 50% of the activity) This is what they bring with them.
- Completed vocational training with EFZ and at least 8 years of professional experience in a consulting-intensive environment (e.g. HR, recruiting, personnel consulting, customer support, sales with clear consulting competence, labour market integration, coaching or case management)
- Demonstrable experience in leading demanding consulting situations and accompanying people in a structured way through change processes
- Enjoyment of an activity that includes consulting and administration equally (about 50% administrative case management)
- Good knowledge of the Swiss labour market
- Very good knowledge of German (min. C1), good knowledge of English
- Ability to set priorities, control many processes at the same time and clearly communicate what awaits you with us
- Careful and well-founded introduction as part of our internal initial training for the personnel consultant RAV
- Support in the training for / to HR specialist with eidg. Professional card (both financial and time)
